Terms & Conditions

Effective for: IdiconWeb (Digital Agency & Web Applications)

1. Introduction

Welcome to IdiconWeb. By accessing or using our website, services, digital products, or any related platforms (collectively the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our Services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

IdiconWeb provides (but is not limited to) the following services:

  • Web Design & UI/UX

  • Website Development

  • E-commerce & Custom Platform Development

  • Hosting & Server Management

  • Automations & Connectors (ERP, XML, APIs, Couriers, Skroutz, Payment Gateways, etc.)

  • Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Data Entry & Migration

  • AI Tools, Chatbots, Content & Image Generation

  • Technical Support & Maintenance Plans

Each service may be governed by additional project agreements or contracts, which supersede these Terms where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You may use our Services only if:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. You have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

  3. You are acting on behalf of a company/an organization you are authorized to represent.

4. Project Requests & Proposals

All project requests (websites, applications, connectors, integrations, designs, etc.) must be approved through a proposal or formal offer provided by IdiconWeb.

A project begins when:

  • A proposal is accepted in writing or electronically, and

  • A deposit or first milestone payment has been completed.

5. Payments & Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

Unless stated otherwise, payment terms are:

  • 50% deposit before project start

  • 50% upon project delivery or completion of the agreed milestone

Hosting, support, and automation services may be billed monthly or annually.

5.2 Delayed Payments

IdiconWeb reserves the right to:

  • Pause development

  • Suspend hosting services

  • Deny access to platforms or accounts

if payments are delayed for more than 14 days.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Development hours

  • Hosting fees

  • Integrations

  • Licensing

  • Design work

  • AI workloads

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

  • Required content (texts, images, logos)

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Access credentials (hosting, domains, APIs, etc.)

  • Confirmation of compliance with local regulations (e.g., tax, commerce rules)

Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines.

7. Delivery & Revisions

IdiconWeb will deliver the project as outlined in the proposal.

7.1 Revisions

Each project includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

7.2 Acceptance

A project is considered delivered when:

  • Final files or access credentials are handed over, or

  • The website or system is published online

After delivery, maintenance or additional changes fall under Support & Maintenance Plans.

8. Support, Maintenance & Updates

8.1 Included Support

Unless the client has subscribed to a support plan, only bug fixes related to delivered functionality are included for a limited period (usually 7–30 days depending on the project).

8.2 Excluded Support

The following are not considered free support:

  • Content updates

  • New functionality

  • Third-party API changes

  • Server or hosting issues not managed by IdiconWeb

  • Malware cleanup on unmanaged hosting

Support plans may include additional priority services.

9. Hosting & Server Responsibilities

If hosting is provided by IdiconWeb:

  • We commit to maintaining server uptime and security to industry standards

  • We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice

  • We are not responsible for third-party outages (data centers, payment providers, CDNs, etc.)

If hosting is external, the client assumes responsibility for:

  • Server configuration

  • Backups

  • Security

  • PHP, MySQL, Apache/Nginx settings

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Client Ownership

Upon final payment, the client receives rights to:

  • Website content

  • Branding

  • Visual designs

  • Custom code developed specifically for the project

10.2 IdiconWeb Ownership

IdiconWeb retains ownership of:

  • Reusable frameworks

  • Code libraries

  • Automations

  • Components

  • Connectors

  • AI models or prompts

  • Proprietary modules

Licenses may be granted for client use but not for resale.

11. Third-Party Services

IdiconWeb uses services such as:

  • Hosting companies

  • Domain registrars

  • CDN platforms

  • Analytics tools

  • Payment gateways

  • APIs and integrations (couriers, ERP, XML feeds, marketplaces, etc.)

We are not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

IdiconWeb is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities

  • Data loss due to hosting failures or client actions

  • Third-party system downtime

  • Security breaches caused by external hosting or weak client credentials

  • Incorrect use of delivered systems

  • Issues arising from client’s modifications to the delivered code

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

13. Warranties

IdiconWeb provides services “as is”, with no warranties other than those expressly outlined in the project agreement.

No guarantee is provided for:

  • SEO rankings

  • Search engine results

  • Social media performance

  • Marketing campaign outcomes

  • Third-party integrations stability

14. Termination

Either party may terminate collaboration if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are violated

  • Communication or collaboration becomes impossible

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become due

  • Partial work may be delivered if paid

  • Access may be revoked from systems hosted by IdiconWeb

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations, including GDPR.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Greece.

16. Changes to Terms

IdiconWeb may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.

Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
