ERP Connector
ERP Connector: A complete, production-ready service from IdiconWeb. We scope, implement and support it end-to-end so your team can focus on growth.

A Central ERP Connector for All Your Digital Channels
Your ERP is the “source of truth” for products, stock, customers and invoices. With the IdiconWeb ERP Connector, we place your ERP at the centre of your digital ecosystem and connect it in a controlled way with your e-shop, B2B portal, marketplaces, courier platforms and internal tools.
Instead of isolated imports and manual data entry, we design a stable connector that synchronises data on a schedule or in real time, depending on your needs. Products, price lists, customers, orders and documents move automatically between systems with clear rules, full logging and error handling.
This approach keeps your online presence aligned with your back office and reduces operational risk, while giving management a single, consistent view of the business.
Designed for the Greek ERP Landscape
We work with the most widely used ERP systems in Greece and the wider region, such as SoftOne, Epsilon Net (Pylon), Entersoft, SingularLogic, Atlantis, Data Communication and other industry-specific solutions.
Each ERP has its own logic, tables and export formats. Our connector respects these differences and adapts to the capabilities of each platform – whether it exposes web services, custom APIs, scheduled exports or direct database access.
Together we define which modules and entities should be synchronised (items, warehouses, customers, documents, GL accounts, price categories, loyalty points) and design a mapping that fits the way your ERP is already configured, avoiding disruptions to your existing workflows.

XML, CSV and TXT Connectors for Legacy or Closed ERPs
Many ERPs offer robust export and import mechanisms through structured files such as XML, CSV or fixed-width TXT. We build connectors that read, validate and transform these files into the structure your online systems require, and send back response files or acknowledgements to the ERP.
Typical flows include nightly exports of products, prices and stock from the ERP to the e-shop, and scheduled imports of online orders back into the ERP. Each file is processed through mapping rules, field conversion, encoding checks and business validations before being accepted.
File exchanges can run via secure SFTP/FTP folders, shared network locations or cloud storage, offering a reliable connection even when no modern API is available on the ERP side.
Direct SQL and Database-Level Integrations
For ERPs that run on relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL/MariaDB, we can connect directly at database level using read-only views and stored procedures. This approach enables high-performance synchronisation with precise control over which tables and fields are used.
We create dedicated views, staging tables or APIs on top of the ERP database to avoid conflicts with upgrades and to protect the core schema. Data is extracted, normalised and pushed to your e-shop or custom applications, while incoming orders or documents are written back via controlled procedures.
Strict permissions, transaction handling and logging ensure that database interactions are safe, auditable and compatible with your ERP vendor’s support policy.

API, Hybrid and Custom Connector Types
When your ERP exposes REST or SOAP web services, we integrate directly at API level with authentication, throttling and retry policies. For many Greek ERPs, this API layer is the recommended way to exchange data in real time without touching the database directly.
In other cases, the ideal solution is hybrid: part of the data flows via XML/CSV files, while time-critical actions (such as issuing invoices or updating stock) go through APIs or SQL procedures. Our own IdiconWeb connector framework supports all these connection types – file-based, SQL-based, API-based and custom scripts – managed from a single orchestration layer.
This flexibility allows us to build a connector that fits your ERP’s technical capabilities today and can evolve as new interfaces become available in future versions of the software.
Governance, Monitoring and Measurable Business Impact
A reliable ERP connector must be visible and controllable. We provide logs, dashboards and alerting so that your team can see what was synchronised, when, and with which result. Failed records are quarantined and presented with clear error messages rather than silently disappearing.
From a business perspective, the connector reduces double entry, minimises human errors and shortens the time from online order to ERP invoice and fulfilment. Management gains more accurate reports, while customers enjoy faster processing and fewer mistakes in pricing, stock or invoicing.
IdiconWeb acts as your long-term partner for ERP connectivity: we document the integration, train your staff and remain available to extend the connector as your processes, channels or ERP versions change.
